Debra, I hope you enjoy your new mower. The first mower I used as a young boy was a reel mower and I would follow behind my dad on his garden tractor and the reel mower would clean up the grass after the bigger tractor did the initial cutting. After that my experience with reel mowers was seeing the large commercial reel mowers used on golf courses and public gardens , places where high importance was placed on the lawn. Nothing gives a finer more even cut than a reel mower and with your interest in gardening, we are so happy the mower is going to home where it will be loved. Once again congratulations and let us know how your gardening efforts turn out.
